Many moons ago... A few folks went on a poorly planned surfing trip to Panama City, Florida and found a very flat ocean. So, they went to New Orleans where they discover much lasciviousness. They also found Jonathan Norris, and Tina Marie Racer busking in the Bywater neighborhood.
That evening, they all ate the best etouffée ever created
